At Edudeen, we are committed to providing high-quality educational resources and services. If something doesn’t meet expectations, we aim to resolve it with integrity and care.

1. Digital Products (Downloads, Courses, Subscriptions)

  • Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded due to the nature of digital goods.
  • If you experience technical issues or receive the wrong product, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly assist with a replacement or resolution.
  • Subscription cancellations can be requested before the next billing cycle.

2. Physical Products (Books, Learning Kits, Materials)

  • Eligible for return within 10 days of delivery if the item is:
    • Incorrect
    • Damaged during delivery
    • Missing components
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.

3. Services (School Programs, Events, Workshops)

  • Refunds for workshops, courses, or services are offered only in special circumstances such as event cancellation or verified service disruption.
  • Partial refunds or credit may be issued at Edudeen’s discretion in case of early cancellations or unavoidable absences.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund
Please email us at support@edudeen.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return/refund
  • Any relevant images (for damaged or incorrect items)

    Our support team will respond within 3 business days and guide you through the next steps.
